Commercial units: Eco, Quadra, Sahara, Alpine
Does not apply to ‘Plus’ systems or systems with Sparkling water.
A Billi accredited technician will provide Standard Installation to your residential or commercial use premises.
Standard Installation Requirements regarding water and power supply must be met and does not include installation on granite or natural stone bench tops or bench tops that are more than 48mm thick.

Benchtop Limitations:
Standard Installation does not include installations on granite or natural stone bench tops or bench tops that are greater than 48mm in thickness. Font installation is not considered to be part of a Standard Installation and is therefore not included in this offer. This will be at an additional cost.
If extra parts such as extension kits or replacement valves or connections are required during the installation, this will be an additional cost.
Electrical and Plumbing Requirements:
Sufficient power and plumbing supply must already be in place prior to Installation. Any additional electrical or plumbing requirements outside the standard requirements for a Billi unit will be at the customer’s expense. Power and water must be ready for connection at final install location, please refer to product install guide for further information.
Locations:
The standard Installation delivery area is limited to 50KM from metro areas of Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, Darwin, Perth, Adelaide & Hobart.
Shipping is limited to Australia.
Delivery estimates are normally between 3 -10 working days for Australia wide delivery. However, current third-party supply chain and logistics issues are causing significant delays to these expectations. Returns Policy
1.1. The Buyer may only return goods to Billi for credit if:
1.1.1. the prior written approval of Billi for the return has been obtained; and
1.1.2. the freight costs on the return have been paid by the Buyer.
1.2. If the Buyer returns the Goods otherwise than in accordance with clause 1.1:
1.2.1. Billi may at its sole discretion accept the return and grant a credit to the Buyer; or
1.2.2. if Billi does not accept the return, Billi may hold the Goods on the Buyer’s behalf at the Buyer’s expense until arrangements satisfactory to Billi are made by the Buyer for the disposal of the Goods.
1.3. Any credit given by Billi for Goods returned by the Buyer and accepted by Billi is subject to a re-stocking fee equal to 35% of the purchase price of the Goods plus return freight expenses.
Billi Australia Pty Ltd takes all reasonable care to keep the Information secure and confidential, and to keep this information accurate and up to date.
Billi Australia Pty Ltd has security measures designed to protect against the loss, misuse and/or alteration of the Information under our control.
